1、The upper copper rod has a diameter of 90 mm, and the lower one 80 mm. Both are full-length copper rods, integrally machined by a machining center with four flat surfaces, ensuring superior flatness and parallelism after guide rail installation.

2、The mercury welding wheel delivers excellent electrical conductivity. Pure copper cooling water pipes are installed beneath the copper rods; the one-piece copper rod design enables cooling water to circulate into the interior of the welding wheel. With internal cooling water circulation, the machine can operate continuously for extended periods, achieving higher work efficiency and more aesthetically pleasing welds on finished products.

3、All parameter adjustments are performed on a single screen, making current parameter adjustments more convenient and intuitive. The system can store up to 32 sets of parameters.
