This equipment is widely used for 45-degree cutting of aluminum alloy and ABS plastic steel profiles.

The equipment adopts pedal control mode to cut; adjust the length positioning, put the top of the material to the positioning baffle and step on the pedal, and the equipment will automatically complete the pressing, cutting and loosening of the material in sequence.

PRODUCT FEATURES

Compared with the traditional swing-arm cutting method, the vertical cutting precision is higher, and the adjustable die design can be adjusted back and forth according to the width of the material surface, thus realizing zero waste cutting and improving the material utilization rate.

The overall structure design of the equipment is compact, occupying less space, matching with servo cutting motor, no belt design, energy saving and low noise. It still maintains stable performance in long-term and high-intensity blanking work.
