The four-groove horizontal row cutting saw is available in two models: automatic feeding type and manual feeding CNC positioning type. The automatic feeding model significantly improves the cutting efficiency for single specifications, fully meeting the production requirements of high capacity. Moreover, the cutting frame can be added with a punching function to eliminate the subsequent manual punching process.
PRODUCT FEATURES
The equipment adopts servo linear guide rail automatic feeding design, which ensures the cutting accuracy and multi-groove synchronous cutting, and is suitable for batch and high-yield production requirements.
The overall structure design of the equipment is compact, occupying less space, matching with servo cutting motor, no belt design, energy saving and low noise. It still maintains stable performance in long-term and high-intensity blanking work.
