Automatic drilling and locking machine is an automatic equipment which integrates the functions of drilling and locking screws. In order to improve the efficiency, both sides of the equipment are designed with front and rear motors, which realizes synchronous drilling and locking.
The adjustable design of screw locking height is 16-30mm, which solves the diversification limitation of profiles and accessories.
PRODUCT FEATURES
The equipment automatically scans by infrared sensors to determine the position of blades, clips and buckles, and no placement area is automatically skipped, and all product locks do not need to input any parameters. The fool operation is realized.
The height from the frame surface to the screw center is adjustable by 16-30mm, which adapts to the locking height requirements of different products. Compared with the way of adjusting the height of the old equipment by using the cushion block, it saves the adjustment time and ensures the high and low accuracy.
